ABOUT US
Diversity becomes a collective strength.
Marakucha is a Belgian sociocultural nonprofit based in Hasselt. It works at the crossroads of culture, education, youth, movement, wellbeing, social tourism and international solidarity.
Our mission
Creating real opportunities for encounter and participation through music, dance, the arts and cultural transmission. We work with children, young people, families, schools, companies, reception centres, refugees and seniors.
How we work
Our projects start from the field. They bring together artists, volunteers, public partners and local communities. Every activity must be accessible, respectful, participatory and useful to those taking part.
